Clear the clogged gutters and downspouts on a Truslow Ave home.

Fund it for $80. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

What the work involves

The survey found this home's gutters packed with leaves and the downspouts dumping straight against the foundation -- the cheapest, fastest fix on the whole ranked list, and the one most likely to be skipped because it looks trivial. It is not trivial: standing water at the foundation is where every weatherization job starts failing again.

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
before/after photo pairs per gutter run + debris-disposal photo + GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Photograph each gutter run and downspout outlet as found, noting standing debris and any sag or separated joint.
  2. From a stable stepladder (max 6 ft) with a spotter, or from ground level with a gutter-scoop pole, clear leaves and debris by hand into a bucket or tarp.
  3. Flush each run with a garden hose from the high end and confirm water exits cleanly at the downspout outlet.
  4. Photograph the cleared run from the same vantage and log the debris volume + disposal method.

What counts as done

  • Before photo of each clogged gutter run and downspout outlet
  • After photo from matching vantage showing clear flow
  • Debris bag/disposal photo + count of downspouts cleared

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Weatherization Readiness. Weatherization readiness is the survey that turns a cold, expensive-to-heat home into a fundable plan. Following the Department of Energy's program, the surveyor maps where the house leaks air, which attics and walls lack insulation, what fresh-air path must follow the tightening, and which safety checks must clear first. Mastery looks like a walkthrough that ends with a package a weatherization crew can price without a second visit. This packet is one piece of one such survey, done carefully and written down, so a real family's real house gets closer to warm.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1784350045868_vjei1ya","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
