How this work is done

Steps

  1. Walk the assigned blocks and photograph, from the public sidewalk, every yard area of exposed bare soil, dust track-out, or bare play area.
  2. Note each photo's address-range and condition on the survey sheet without entering any property.
  3. At doorsteps where a resident invites documentation, photograph bare-soil areas from the walkway only.
  4. Mark parcels that appear cleaned (new sod, mulch cover) versus bare on the sheet.
  5. Photograph the completed sheet with date and GPS at the final corner.
