1. Take the survey's gap list and confirm 811 marking and any required parkway permission.
2. Dig, set, and backfill each tree with the root flare at grade.
3. Basin, deep-water, and mulch each tree, staking only where needed.
4. Log each planted tree against the survey's gap list.
5. Photograph each planted tree and record the session with GPS and date.
