How this work is done

Steps

  1. Confirm the host's invitation, review the survey list, and verify current EPA RRP certification for the work.
  2. Set containment sheeting and warning signage around each work area per RRP practice.
  3. Mist and wet-scrape the failing paint, then prime and repaint each stabilized surface.
  4. Clean the work area with HEPA vacuum and wet wipes, and dispose of debris sealed and per local rules.
  5. Photograph each surface before, during containment, and after, GPS-tagged and dated.
