What the work involvesLake County has burned again and again over the past decade, and Kelseyville homes back onto the same oak-and-brush slopes that carried those fires. The first five feet around a house decide whether wind-blown embers find fuel. For older residents, raking that zone clean is exactly the help they can no longer do themselves.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- Confirm the invitation and photograph the areas within 5 feet of walls, decks, and fences as found.
- Rake leaf litter, needles, and dead grass out of the 0-5 foot zone and from under decks reachable from outside.
- Move firewood stacks and flammable stored items at least 30 feet from the house where the resident agrees.
- Bag or pile the raked material at the green-waste pickup point.
- Photograph the cleared zone from the same angles and log the resident's remaining crew-level items.
What counts as done
- Before photos of the 0-5 ft zone with GPS and date
- After photos from the same angles
- Photo of staged green waste and the crew-level items list
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1784513387800_ssxupk7","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
