  1. Confirm with the occupant which gutters to clean.
  2. Clear debris from the gutter by hand from ground-reachable points or a stable stepladder under 6 ft.
  3. Check the downspout runs clear by flushing water through it.
  4. Bag and remove the cleared debris.
  5. Photograph the cleaned gutter and downspout.
