  1. Walk the invited property with the occupant and agree what goes.
  2. Stage debris in sorted piles: green waste, metal, trash, bulky items.
  3. Load and haul each stream to its legal destination the same day.
  4. Rake clear the drainage path from the yard to the street gutter.
  5. Photograph before and after from the same angles and record the haul with GPS and date.
