What the work involves

The survey above found a bare, eroding bank-top segment along the Red River mainstem, and hand planted native riparian cover would otherwise leave this segment shedding soil into the channel another season.

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
forecast check confirm plus before after photos plus species and plant count record plus GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the segment and planting plan, check the local forecast, and photograph the bare bank-top before starting, from the same vantage used in the survey.
  2. 2. Working only on the stable bank-top or maintenance terrace above the waterline, never descending toward the channel or an exposed sandbar, hand dig planting holes with hand tools only.
  3. 3. Hand plant native, deep rooted riparian grasses and shrubs along the bank-top to hold the soil and slow runoff into the river.
  4. 4. Hand mulch around the new plantings and photograph the stabilized bank-top from the matching before vantage, recording species and plant count.

What counts as done

  • Confirmation the local forecast was checked before starting and no rain or rising water was reported upstream
  • Before photo of the bare or eroding bank-top segment
  • Confirmation work stayed on the bank-top or maintenance terrace above the waterline, never descending toward the channel or a sandbar
  • Native species and plant count recorded
  • After photo of the planted bank-top from the matching vantage

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Watershed Health. A watershed is everything the land pours into a stream, and the stream keeps the record. The EPA's bioassessment method reads that record through the small creatures living in the gravel: mayflies and caddisflies mean clean water, only worms and midges mean trouble. Mastery looks like a person who can wade one riffle with a net and tell you how the whole valley is doing. That skill is built sample by sample. This packet is one of them: one site, one careful count, one entry in the long record of a stream.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788397588250_9f4ufsg","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
