  1. 1. Confirm the closure plan with park staff and photograph the braided social-trail scar before starting, from the same vantage used in the survey.
  2. 2. Working only on gentle-grade rock at the pool's dry margin, never inside the pool or on the steep upper dome, hand-set a low rope-line or small rock cairns to block the worn social-trail approach.
  3. 3. Hand plant native rock-pool-margin buffer plants in the shallow soil pockets just outside the pool rim to discourage foot traffic.
  4. 4. Photograph the closed trail and planted buffer from the matching before vantage and record the species and plant count.
