  2. Set the posts in hand-dug holes with fast-set concrete, sized so all attachment points stay within ground-reach.
  3. Assemble and tension the shade sail from ground level with two people.
  4. Check tension and clearance, and tidy the site.
  5. Photograph the site before, the posts set, and the finished shade, with GPS and date.
