How this work is done

Steps

  1. Confirm the approved parkway spot and species with the city or host program and get utilities marked.
  2. Dig the hole twice root-ball width, root-ball deep, at the marked spot only.
  3. Set the tree straight, backfill, and build a watering basin.
  4. Stake loosely, water with fifteen gallons, and mulch clear of the trunk.
  5. Photograph the planted tree with the stop in frame, date, and GPS.
