What the work involves

Trona's occupied blocks sit interleaved with lots full of wind-strewn household debris, the leavings of decades of departures, and the remaining residents live with it blowing against their fences. Owner-invited debris hauls, lot by lot, with disposal receipts, are how a shrinking town keeps the blocks it still lives on. The work is simple; nobody with a truck has been asked.

Steps

  1. Photograph the debris with the owner's invitation confirmed.
  2. Bag and load household debris with a partner.
  3. Leave suspected chemicals, drums, asbestos sheet, or unknown containers untouched and flag them for a credentialed crew.
  4. Haul to the county transfer facility and keep the receipt.
  5. Photograph the cleared lot with GPS and date and attach the receipt.

What is promised, and what is not.
