How this work is done

Steps

1. Confirm the invitation and photograph each ground-floor sash with cracked or missing putty.
2. Carefully remove loose old putty with a putty knife without prying against the glass.
3. Press new glazing points where missing and bed a smooth line of glazing compound around the pane.
4. Tool the compound to a clean bevel and wipe the glass.
5. Let the occupant know the curing and paint-over timeline.
6. Photograph each finished sash and record address block and date.
