Steps

1. Take the approved stop list with utility marks confirmed and photograph each bare stop.
2. Dig each planting hole twice the root-ball width at the marked offset from the pad.
3. Set, backfill, and deep-water each tree with the flare at grade.
4. Build basins and mulch rings; stake loosely where the site is exposed.
5. Photograph each planted stop and log species and stop location.
