  2. Photograph the bare lot and rake the surface to loosen the top inch of soil.
  3. Broadcast the regional native grass and wildflower seed mix at the specified rate.
  4. Rake the seed in lightly and water if a source is available, or time the seeding just before forecast rain.
  5. Post the small 'meadow establishing' host card at the street edge.
  6. Photograph the seeded lot and log the seed mix and area.
