  2. Bag or bundle yard debris and load it with a partner.
  3. Leave any drums, unknown containers, or sharp metal untouched and flag them.
  4. Haul the load to the county transfer facility and keep the receipt.
  5. Photograph the cleared lot with GPS and date, attach the receipt.
