  3. Mount the certified filter housing under the sink per the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Connect the filter to the cold line and faucet, then restore water and check for leaks.
  5. Run water through the new filter for two minutes to clear the cartridge.
  6. Photograph the finished install and the filter's certification label, with GPS and date.
