What the work involves

The survey found this parcel still carrying ash and foundation debris years after the fire -- material that can carry heavy-metal and asbestos residue from the burned structure -- and clearing it to bare, stable ground per the county debris-removal program lets the parcel finally move toward rebuilding.

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
before/after photos + hazmat manifest/disposal-facility record + PPE-in-use photo + GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • the program enrollment or right-of-entry form + the licensed contractor of record + the hazardous-material screening report
  • respiratory protection to the screening's requirement, coveralls, gloves and boot covers
  • water supply for continuous wetting plus containment for the runoff
  • lined and covered haul containers plus the disposal facility's acceptance paperwork
  • site controls: fencing, signage and a decontamination point at the exit
  • camera + GPS phone

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the property is enrolled and the right-of-entry is signed, and confirm the hazardous-material screening (asbestos and household hazardous waste) has been completed and cleared for removal.
  2. 2. Photograph the parcel as found, wide then close, and record the debris streams present.
  3. 3. Set site controls: fence and sign the work area, and set the decontamination point every person passes through on the way out.
  4. 4. Wet the ash and debris continuously through loading so nothing goes airborne, and contain the runoff rather than letting it reach a drain or a waterway.
  5. 5. Load into lined, covered containers by stream, and keep the disposal manifest for every load leaving the site.
  6. 6. VERIFY: confirm the parcel is cleared to the program's finish depth, take the confirmation soil sample the program requires, and photograph the cleared parcel from the before vantage.
  7. 7. Enter the manifests, the screening reference and the before and after photos in the proof record.

What counts as done

  • Before photo of the ash/debris pile with approximate volume noted
  • PPE-in-use photo (respirator, gloves, protective clothing) during hauling
  • Licensed disposal-facility manifest or receipt for the hauled material
  • After photo confirming the parcel is cleared to bare, stable ground

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788425205208_qwg4nyd","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
