What the work involvesLondon, England is the headquarters of BMJ Group, already confirmed via WebFetch to Wikipedia earlier this session -- which publishes the British Journal of Sports Medicine, the exact journal this standard's foundational citation (Araujo et al. 2022) appeared in. No honesty-limit caveat needed: BMJ is the direct publisher of the citation's own journal. Distinct from the existing Rio de Janeiro tile, which is built on the CLINIMEX Exercise Medicine Clinic's own literal origin cohort rather than the citation's publishing society; also a genuinely separate reuse of London/BMJ from this session's earlier functional_movement_quality_screen tile, which connected to a different standard's own distinct BJSM citation. A two-minute test that exposes a trainable balance deficit before it becomes an injury.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- flat non-slip floor
- stable surface within reach for safety
- stopwatch
Steps
- 1. Position the person near a wall/rail for safety; arms free at sides.
- 2. Instruct: stand on one leg, place the free foot on the back of the standing calf, look forward.
- 3. Time how long the position is held, up to 10+ s; allow 3 attempts per leg; keep the best.
- 4. Record whether 10 s is achieved on each leg.
- 5. If 10 s is easy, progress to eyes-closed or tandem stance and note it.
- 6. Photograph the setup; log per-leg hold times and the pass/fail at 10 s; sign it.
What counts as done
- Best of 3 single-leg holds per leg with a safety support within reach
- Pass/fail at the 10-second threshold noted per leg
- Any progression (eyes closed / tandem) recorded; setup photographed
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788463815218_obykdcq","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
