What the work involves

The survey above found encroaching woody understory or bare disturbed sand crowding out the native bunchgrass groundcover on this stretch of deep-sand ridge, and TPWD coordinated hand thinning plus native replanting keeps this sandyland on track to carry the plant community the sand-to-clay hydrology itself makes possible.

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
TPWD coordination confirm plus before after photos plus species and count record plus GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the site and work plan with Village Creek State Park staff before starting; this is public Texas Parks and Wildlife Department parkland on a deep-sand pine sandyland with adjoining baygall bog habitat.
  2. 2. Photograph the encroaching understory or bare sand before starting, from the same vantage used in the survey.
  3. 3. Using hand tools, thin encroaching woody understory immediately beside the trail tread on dry ridge ground, never leaving the trail corridor.
  4. 4. Hand plant native sandyland groundcover species (little bluestem or similar bunchgrass, yaupon) in the cleared area and photograph the finished planting from the matching before vantage.

What counts as done

  • Confirmation the stretch and planting plan were coordinated with Village Creek State Park staff
  • Before photo of the encroaching understory or bare sand
  • This work never leaves the maintained trail tread. The deep, droughty sand off-trail does not recover once compacted or rutted, and this trail sits directly above a fragile bog and seep system; staying on the tread protects both.
  • Confirmation no wildlife was approached, fed, or baited
  • Never collect, dig up, or remove any plant, including any orchid or carnivorous plant near the seep line; document and photograph only.
  • Native species and count planted recorded
  • After photo of the restored understory from the matching vantage

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788481379686_z88uvc7","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
