1. 1. Confirm the site and work plan with Village Creek State Park staff before starting; this is public Texas Parks and Wildlife Department parkland on a deep-sand pine sandyland with adjoining baygall bog habitat. This install works strictly upslope of the seep line on dry sand ridge ground.
2. 2. Photograph the eroding sand ridge slope above the seep before starting, from the same vantage used in the survey.
3. 3. Working from the trail or dry ridge ground only, hand install native plantings and small water bars upslope of the seep line to intercept sediment before it reaches the seep, never stepping down into the seep or baygall.
4. 4. Photograph the finished install from the matching before vantage, recording material used.

The survey documents the contact strictly from the trail; the install works strictly upslope of the seep line on dry sand ridge ground and never touches the seep or bog itself.
