What the work involves

The survey above found bank-top erosion at this public Village Creek boat launch driven by paddler foot traffic, and bank-top native plantings and water bars are the concrete step that keeps this heavily-used access point from washing further into the creek.

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
TPWD coordination confirm plus before after photos plus species and material record plus GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the site and work plan with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Village Creek State Paddling Trail staff before starting; this is a public paddling trail access point.
  2. 2. Photograph the eroding bank top before starting, from the same vantage used in the survey.
  3. 3. Working from the bank top only, hand install native riparian plantings and small water bars to stabilize the eroding area, never stepping down onto an exposed sandbar or into the water.
  4. 4. Photograph the finished install from the matching before vantage, recording species and material used.

What counts as done

  • Confirmation the site and erosion control plan were coordinated with Village Creek State Paddling Trail staff
  • Before photo of the eroding bank top
  • This work never enters Village Creek and never works from a boat, at any skill level. The creek carries sand-bottom drop-offs and strainers, and any exposed sandbar can look solid while hiding soft, shifting sand; stay at the bank top or boat ramp top at all times and never step down onto a sandbar or into the water.
  • Confirmation no wildlife was approached, fed, or baited
  • Native riparian species and water bar material recorded
  • After photo of the stabilized bank top from the matching vantage

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Watershed Health. A watershed is everything the land pours into a stream, and the stream keeps the record. The EPA's bioassessment method reads that record through the small creatures living in the gravel: mayflies and caddisflies mean clean water, only worms and midges mean trouble. Mastery looks like a person who can wade one riffle with a net and tell you how the whole valley is doing. That skill is built sample by sample. This packet is one of them: one site, one careful count, one entry in the long record of a stream.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788481477399_hmcatlj","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
