2. Hand dig planting holes for native night-blooming forage plants (such as native evening primrose, Oenothera species; no Datura/moonflower is ever planted here).
3. Set the plants at grade, backfill, and mulch, hand tools only.
4. Water in the new planting and photograph the finished bed.
