What the work involvesThe survey above found broken wire and leaning posts on a boundary fence segment near Elephant Mountain WMA where aoudad competition indicators cluster, and a credentialed crew splicing and re-tensioning the line helps limit aoudad range overlap with core bighorn habitat.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
- 1. Photograph the boundary fence segment before starting, from the same public vantage used in the survey.
- 2. Confirm with the WMA biologist that the segment is cleared for maintenance and that no bighorn or aoudad are near the work area. This work never approaches, follows, herds, or photographs bighorn sheep at close range, and never uses a drone; if bighorn are visibly using a water source, withdraw immediately and do not begin or continue any work there while they are present.
- 3. Using fencing pliers and hand tools, splice broken wire, reset leaning posts, and re-tension the boundary fence line, staying well clear of any escape terrain. This work never climbs, scrambles onto, or otherwise works on escape terrain, the steep rock desert bighorn sheep use specifically because predators cannot follow; every observation here is made from the public road, a designated pull-off, or the WMA's public access area, using binoculars or a spotting scope, never on foot on the terrain itself.
- 4. Photograph the repaired, re-tensioned boundary fence segment. Aoudad (Barbary sheep) management here is observation of competition indicators only; this work never authors culling, hunting, trapping, or any animal handling at any skill level.
What counts as done
- Before photo of the broken or leaning boundary fence segment
- WMA biologist clearance and no bighorn or aoudad nearby confirmation recorded
- Confirmation that this job never climbed, scrambled onto, or otherwise worked on escape terrain, and that all observation was made from the public road, a designated pull-off, or the WMA's public access area using optics; that no bighorn sheep was approached, followed, herded, or photographed at close range, and no drone was used; that if bighorn were visibly present at a water source the crew withdrew and did not work there while animals were present; that no water source or lambing area coordinate or identifying detail was recorded or disclosed, and the location on file is the WMA headquarte
- After photo of the repaired, re-tensioned boundary fence segment
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788567976982_oa1upq6","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
