All work stays bank-top, on the maintained park path, sidewalk, or designated interior trail, and never approaches the water's edge to work.
3. 3. Hand dig small planting holes and set native Rio Grande Valley riparian buffer species (such as switchgrass, frogfruit, or black willow) at the gap, hand tools only, working from stable bank-top ground.
4. 4. Water in the planting, mulch, and photograph the finished buffer gap.
