  2. Note odor character and strength, visible dust or plumes, wind, and the nearest public sensor reading.
  3. Complete one diary sheet per visit; file an AQMD complaint for strong events and log the number.
  4. Track changes week over week.
  5. Photograph the view from each point and the sheet with date and GPS.
