This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
before/after photos + footing/pole-plumb confirm + solar-panel/battery function test + GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • electrical permit + the licensed electrician of record + the honored 811 locate
  • the specified fixture with its IES photometric and BUG rating, plus pole, base and anchor hardware
  • footing materials, forms and a plumb-setting jig
  • torque wrench, multimeter, and lockout/tagout hardware for any circuit tie-in
  • traffic control for the work zone plus hi-vis apparel to ANSI/ISEA 107
  • camera + GPS phone + a light meter for the after reading

Steps

  1. 1. ASSESS: photograph the location as found, take a night-time light-level reading at the gap, and confirm the permit, the fixture specification and the honored 811 locate.
  2. 2. Set the work zone and, for any tie-in to an existing circuit, apply lockout/tagout and verify the circuit is dead with a meter before touching a conductor.
  3. 3. Excavate and form the footing to the pole manufacturer's depth and diameter, keeping clear of every marked utility; stop and reschedule if a mark appears inside the footing.
  4. 4. Set the base and anchor bolts plumb, let the footing reach the specified strength, then raise the pole and torque the anchor nuts to the manufacturer's value.
  5. 5. Make the electrical connections to NEC Article 410/411 under the licensed electrician of record, and confirm grounding and bonding before energizing.
  6. 6. VERIFY: after dark, take a light-level reading at the same point as the before reading and confirm the fixture's BUG rating holds (no uplight, no trespass onto the adjacent property).
  7. 7. Photograph the finished install and the night reading, log the permit, the torque values and the inspection reference, and enter them in the proof record.

What counts as done

  • Before photo of the unlit segment
  • 811 utility-locate confirmation before any footing excavation
  • Footing set and pole-plumb photo
  • After photo of the installed, illuminated fixture with a solar-panel/battery function test log

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788753092134_r6ti4lh","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
