- 2. Hand-install brush-panel wind fencing across the leading edge of the scarp using hand tools only, no power equipment.
- 3. Plant native bunchgrass plugs (seacoast bluestem, gulf muhly) at the design spacing on the stabilized sand behind the fencing.
- 4. Water in the planting and photograph the finished stabilization from the matching before vantage, recording species/count and fencing length installed.
