- 3. Add a one-page maintenance log sheet with columns for date, service performed, and provider, pre-filled with any known past service dates.
- 4. Review the finished binder with the resident and photograph it in the location they will keep it.

- Written or recorded permission from the resident precedes any work at their home, and this work is only ever done on the resident's own property with the resident present or informed.

- Confirmation that the resident knows where the record is kept and reviewed it
- Confirmation that the septic tank, riser, and lid were never opened, entered, or touched at any point

The standard this serves
Watershed Health. A watershed is everything the land pours into a stream, and the stream keeps the record.
