2. Stock single-use cups only; no shared dipper or cup ever touches the ice or water directly.
3. Check and refill the cooler's ice and water at the start of every work day, and again at midday on the hottest days.
4. Log the day's fill, note when the cooler or cups need replacing, and wash the cooler out at least once a week.
