All of it: the words, the place, the proof

a resident's own acreage south of Snook's open grassland gives a barn owl pair real hunting ground, but siting a nest box here only makes sense once whatever rodent control the property already relies on is known. A barn owl that hunts rodenticide-poisoned prey is exposed to that poison itself through the food chain, the well documented secondary-exposure problem in raptor rodent control. This confirms the current method and gives the property a real seal-the-gaps exclusion alternative before the box ever goes up.

Fund it for $85. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Ask the resident what rodent control method is currently used within roughly a quarter mile of the proposed box site, and record the answer exactly as given, without approaching, opening, or touching any bait station.
  2. 2. If the answer names rodenticide bait, confirm in writing with the resident that the bait will be discontinued or removed by their own staff or a licensed pest control provider before the box is sited, and record that agreement.
  3. 3. Walk the nearest structure within the hunting radius and identify rodent-sized entry gaps at foundation vents, utility penetrations, and door thresholds; photograph each gap before sealing.
  4. 4. Seal the identified gaps with hand tools and exclusion material (galvanized mesh, sealant, door sweeps as appropriate), then photograph the sealed gaps and record the rodenticide-to-exclusion agreement as the completed siting prerequisite.

What counts as done

  • Confirmation of the rodent control method currently used within the box's hunting radius, recorded exactly as stated by the property contact
  • Written agreement recorded when rodenticide bait was in use, confirming its discontinuation or removal by the property's own staff or provider
  • Before photo of each identified rodent entry gap at the nearest structure
  • After photo of every identified gap sealed with exclusion material
  • Confirmation that no bait station or rodenticide product was ever approached, opened, or touched at any point in this rung

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1789312244006_7657fts","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
