- Locate the condensate drain line where it exits the unit or the air handler, and clear it: flush it with a cup of water at the accessible outdoor drain outlet, or clear a visible clog by hand at that outlet, confirming water runs freely out the far end.
- Comb any re-flattened fin sections straight again if needed, then photograph the cleared unit, the clear clearance zone, and the flowing condensate drain line, and confirm the unit was powered back on.
