Fund · one packet

Pay for one piece of work to get done.

The worker is paid after their proof passes review, never on the day you fund. The receipt is public either way.

Pledged

A vote is preference. A pledge is signed intent. Neither is funding, and a fully pledged packet is still not funded. Funding is the only step where money moves.

Nothing pays before approved proof. Proposed until funded, and funded is never universally cash-payable.

Its own page appears here once the board answers.

What funding does

  1. It makes the wage payable

Your payment goes to the wallet that pays workers. The posted wage becomes payable to whoever claims this packet and whose proof is approved at review.

  2. It does not pay anyone yet

Payment happens after proof is submitted and approved, and it is recorded as a receipt anyone can read.

  3. It does not reserve it for you

Funding never changes who may claim the work, what they are paid, or what proof they owe.

  4. It buys nothing else

Not a carbon retirement, not a credit, not a token, not a claim on us.

If nobody claims it, or the proof is rejected

Read this before you pay, whichever door you use.

Vote for work, or buy it. If it is not getting done and you bought it, you can have it back. The rule is stated in advance rather than improvised afterwards: unclaimed means your money is yours, claimed means the work is theirs to finish, and a claim that lapses puts the packet back on the board. Where that rule turns out to be wrong in practice, it gets rewritten in public, here.

Four things can happen to your money. Each one has its answer, or says plainly that it has none yet:

  1. Nobody claims it, or it expires

Answered You get your money back, in full, whenever you ask, as long as nobody has claimed it. No reason required and no window to miss. If a claim lapses, the packet is open again and so is your right to a return. The one moment you cannot pull it back is while somebody is actually doing the job: a person went to the place on the strength of your funding, and money that can vanish mid-work makes every claim worthless.

How a return happens today: by hand, not by a button. Email [email protected] and it goes back through the rail you paid on. There is no self-serve refund control yet, and we would rather say that than imply one exists.

  2. Proof is submitted and rejected

Not written The wage is not paid. What happens to your money in that case is not written yet.

  3. Who decides whether it passed

Us, today Declared proof rules, self-verifying packets and published receipts exist so the decision can point at evidence, but the rule itself is not written down as something you could appeal to, and we would also be the party holding your money.

  4. Disputes and chargebacks

Not written A card dispute can arrive months later, possibly after a worker has already been paid for approved proof. That policy is not written yet either.

We would rather say this out loud. Both doors below carry the same four questions, and [email protected] answers for any of them.

The checklist we hold the money rails to

Six promises, each wearing its true state. Kept beside the code it governs, reviewed with every change to the money rails. Engineering and policy, not legal advice.

  1. 1 · Refund and expiry

Written 2026-08-06 While a packet is neither claimed nor settled, capital returns in full on request. Still to build: a self-serve control, so it is not an email.

  2. 2 · Where the money sits

Built into the rail Worker payouts go processor to worker. Money owed to someone else is never parked with us, because custody is the shape that carries money transmission, escrow and reporting duties.

  3. 3 · A dispute policy

Not written Including the timing hazard: proof can be approved and a worker paid before a chargeback window has closed.

  4. 4 · Adjudication that is not just us

Partly built Declared proof rules and self-verifying packets point the decision at evidence. The rule you could appeal to is not written yet.

  5. 5 · Worker payout tax posture

Not yet At whatever volume triggers it.

  6. 6 · Attorney review

Not yet Of everything above, before any live card money moves.

Until 3 and 6 exist, a payment here funds the wage with those questions open. That is the plain state of it.

How the code enforces this once, for every rail

Every money rail, card or wallet or anything added later, passes through one funding write, so the rules are enforced once rather than reinvented per provider. The amount is always the board’s wage, never a number sent by a browser. A packet is marked funded only by a verified payment confirmation, and one packet can be funded once. If money arrives and the board refuses the stamp, it raises a loud operator alert rather than being quietly kept.

Two ways to pay

Same packet, same worker, same proof rules, same receipt. Only the money ingress differs. Each door shows its real state, read live from this host.

Pay by card

Stripe’s own page · we never see your card number

For a facilities manager, a school, a shop owner, or anyone who will never hold a crypto wallet. An ordinary card checkout.

Checking whether this door is open…

Check what this site can and cannot prove before paying.

Nothing is funded when you press this. It opens a payment page. The packet is marked funded only after the payment completes and Stripe’s signed confirmation reaches us, which is a separate step your browser cannot perform or fake.

Pay onchain with a wallet

USDC on Base · one gasless call

For anyone who wants proof and speed: settled by a standard x402 payment. This is the door an AI agent uses, and it is the same door a person can use by hand. Any amount helps: this door takes from one cent up to what the packet still needs, and the board stamps it funded the moment the wage is covered.

Checking whether this door is open…

Check the payment and wallet boundaries before signing.

Same rule as the card door: the packet is marked funded only after the payment is verified, never because a call was attempted.

The boundary

This page does not dispatch labor, choose a worker, or certify an outcome. Work completion, payment, and a retirement certificate are three different things and this page only touches the second. Read Terms and Receipts before you decide.

For your AI: connect vealth.net/mcp. It reads this packet, quotes the funding door’s own price, and pays from your wallet only after showing you the amount.
