Agent-ready demo · Concept mock · Independent · Not a NextEra product

The same solar project, once as an impact PDF, once as a receipt a bond investor can check.

NextEra's own palette, tuned to WCAG AA. Two acts: the trust-me status quo, then the proof-verified build + restore packet EcoWealth runs live today. Press the buttons: every step is real on our rail.

Concept mock. Not a NextEra product or endpoint. Project names, IDs, and coordinates below are illustrative; the lifecycle, the hazard gate, the proof-checker, and the on-chain settlement are EcoWealth's live systems. Colors approximate the NextEra brand for illustration only.
Act 1: today

"Was the safety sign-off and the habitat restoration actually done on this project?"

A green-bond auditor asks. Today the answer is an impact report nobody outside NextEra can verify.

Green-bond auditor's AI agent
For the 240 MW solar project funded by the 2025 green bond, can you verify the crew safety sign-offs and the pollinator-habitat restoration under the array were completed?
Impact report today
Our sustainability report states that all projects follow our safety program and include habitat commitments where applicable. See the PDF, page 44.
The work was likely done well, but the auditor leaves with a paraphrase of a PDF, not a proof. Multiply across a 30 GW backlog and every green bond outstanding.
Act 2: the proof-verified packet

The same tasks, run as EWP work packets

Neither can be authored unless it passes a machine hazard/scope gate. Then each is claimed, proven, and settled: its own receipt.

1
Packet
bounded scope + gate passed
2
Claimed
EPC crew / restorer, signed
3
Proof
photo + GPS + signature, checked
4
Settled
on-chain receipt on Base

What changed

Nothing about the build. The crew did the same safe work; the restorers planted the same habitat. The only difference is that each completion is now an object a bond investor, a landowner, or a regulator can check, instead of a page in a PDF they have to trust. That is the whole product.
