The world's largest renewables builder has no per-project proof layer.

NextEra Energy is the largest generator of wind and solar on Earth: ~73 GW of capacity, a 30 GW backlog, a target of 81 GW of renewables and storage by 2027. Every gigawatt is built by contractor crews and sits on land under easement. That is thousands of proof-of-safe-completion packets (the Build ladder) and restore packets at scale (the land beneath the panels), and today none of it produces a per-project, machine-verifiable proof. This concept adds that layer. Live today.

The whole thing, plainly

NextEra builds more wind and solar than anyone on Earth, but there's no way for an outsider to check that any one project's safety work or land restoration actually happened.

We drafted the missing piece for free: a way to prove one project's work really happened, with a permanent public receipt. The only ask is one funded packet or one 10-cent test call, no meeting required.

Read this first. This is an independent, unsolicited concept demonstration by EcoWealth Corporation. It was not requested by, produced with, reviewed by, or endorsed by NextEra Energy, Inc., NextEra Energy Resources, Florida Power & Light, or any affiliate. Every observation comes from NextEra's public web pages and public investor/company facts only (passive reads: no scanning, no probing, no authentication). "NextEra Energy" is their mark, referenced descriptively. Every "demo" is a concept mock on EcoWealth's own live data; no NextEra data is used, and no adoption, partnership, or buyer relationship is claimed.

Four facts from the public record

GW-scale build
Largest wind+solar generator on Earth; ~73 GW capacity, 30 GW backlog, 81 GW target by 2027, thousands of crews, no per-project verifiable proof-of-completion.
403 agent wall
The entire /.well-known/ tree returns HTTP 403 (WAF-blocked). An A2A/MCP agent (MCP = the files that let an AI assistant use a site correctly) probing NextEra hits a wall, not a discovery surface. llms.txt (the file AI assistants read first)/ai.txt are true 404s.
0 × ld+json
Zero structured data in the homepage. The renewables + green-investment story is delivered as prose and PDF, nothing an agent can verify.
~$184B
Among the most valuable US utilities by market cap: the ESG narrative is enormous, and entirely un-machine-checkable at the project level.

Capability brief

A build-and-restore read of the public surface

Baseline credited first (the security header baseline is genuinely strong). Then four evidenced findings: the missing per-project proof layer, the 403 agent wall, the machine-illegible commitments, and one hygiene note, each with the exact URL, HTTP status, and re-check command.

Read the brief
Demo: shown, not told

The proof-verified build + restore packet

Two acts in NextEra's own palette: Act 1, a green-bond auditor asks "was the safety sign-off and the habitat restoration actually done on Project X?" and the answer is a PDF nobody can check. Act 2, the same tasks become work packets that pass a machine hazard gate, close with photo+GPS+signature proof, and settle to on-chain receipts a bond investor or regulator can verify forever.

What agent-legible NextEra would ship

Concept files: an llms.txt that makes the projects, the safety program, and the ESG data discoverable, an agent card (and the /.well-known/ 403 lifted so it can be read), MCP tool schemas for verified project history, and a concierge persona. Drafts, ready to hand to NextEra's web team.

The proof stack behind this (live today, ours)

Not slides: a running system: a work library with build + restore lanes that already match utility-scale construction: construction_site_safety_walk, trenching_excavation_survey, crane_rigging_survey, biodiversity_survey, soil_carbon_baseline, native_planting, tree_planting; 7,600+ live work postings / ~$671k posted value at capture (live counter: vealth.net/labor/stats, the counter is the truth, not this page); proof-checked packets (photo+GPS+signature); on-chain settlement on Base: EWP contract 0x76c17C…A14B, source-verified, first settled packet workId 14; agent-payable tools over standard x402 (a web-native way for AI agents to pay per use) (work-packet $0.10 · work-proof-check $0.01 · work-tco2e $0.005); and a live end-to-end agent walkthrough: the building-agent golden path.

Put one agent on-chain today

The scary part, made small
  1. Give any AI agent (Claude, a GPT-class model, Llama, your own) a Base wallet holding a few cents of USDC. No account with us, no API key, no sales call.
  2. Point it at a live endpoint: the work-packet program answers HTTP 402 with a standard x402 payment schema; the agent signs a USDC authorization and pays $0.10. A runnable client with a dry-run default is published at vealth.net/recipes.html.
  3. What comes back is a bounded, proof-verified ecological work packet, and every step the agent just took (payment, settlement) is an on-chain receipt anyone can verify, forever.
Why this isn't scary: the agent cannot do anything invisible here. Every action embeds its own receipt: permanent, public, verifiable. That is more accountability than most enterprise software offers, not less. For a green-bond issuer this is the use-of-proceeds argument settled at the project level: proof-of-work-behind-the-claim, produced automatically.
The bet: AI competence is scaling, and NextEra has bet the company on it: the homepage headline is literally "Enabling American Energy Dominance," and the investor thesis is powering the data-center and AI load boom. The one layer that boom still can't verify is whether the work behind each megawatt (the safe build, the restored land) actually happened. Being early costs $0.10 and one afternoon. Being late means the proof-verified track records of your own EPC crews and your own easement acreage belong to whoever moves first.

Then: fund one packet, pocket change

For a company valued around $184 billion, the first step rounds to zero:

A gigawatt is a number in a deck. A proof receipt is a place someone actually did the work. We sell the first brick: proof that the safe build and the restored land are real.
