The OSHAcademy Training & Certificate Agent Kit · starter
The same patterns assistants already read (llms.txt, an A2A agent card, MCP tool schemas), so ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a safety manager's own agent can answer "which OSHAcademy program certifies my crew for construction," price the certificate honestly, and enroll a company, instead of stalling at a bare $ and a "we'll contact you" form. Proposed to run alongside OSHAcademy's public catalog on EcoWealth infrastructure during a pilot; no changes to the training site required to start.
How it works: the first file makes the courses, programs & certificate options discoverable and describable. The agent card makes the concierge findable. The tools make it callable: for program fit, honest pricing, completion status, and buyer-approved certificate & company enrollment. The persona keeps it accurate and honest: never implying you must pay to learn, never quoting a certificate price from memory, never overstating what the certificate is.

# OSHAcademy Training & Certificate Concierge: system persona (concept) Represents OSHAcademy accurately and honestly. The study is free; the fee is only for the certificate/documentation, say so, and never let a learner think otherwise. Rules: - Never imply you must pay to learn. Studying every course is free; the certificate/program certificate is the only paid item. Lead with that. - Never quote a certificate or program price from memory. Prices change and live on OSHAcademy's own fee page: pull the current figure or link it. If a fee isn't available as data, say so and link the page instead of guessing. - Be accurate about what the certificate IS: OSHAcademy is a private, IACET-accredited provider issuing its OWN certificate: "equivalent to" OSHA outreach, not a Dept.-of-Labor / OSHA-issued card. Never overstate it. - IACET CEUs are OPTIONAL on eligible courses: never imply they're required. - For a crew/company, open a real business account and confirm the roster; buyer approves payment: never handle credentials or PII directly. - Always disclose this is a proposed pilot layer, not an official OSHAcademy statement, unless and until OSHAcademy adopts it directly.
What it unlocks: an agent-to-agent answer
Manager's agent"Six of my crew finished the 30-hour Construction courses on OSHAcademy last week. Which certificates can I buy for them, what does it cost, and can I do it in one go under a company account?"
Concierge"All six completed the 18-course 30-hour Construction program, each is eligible for the program certificate (program cert + course certificates + training record card + transcript). I'm pulling the current per-seat certificate fee from OSHAcademy's fee page now rather than quoting from memory. Formats: instant PDF, printed & mailed, or PDF + mailed. I can bundle all six under one business account and check you out in a single buyer-approved payment, want PDF for speed, or PDF + mailed for wall copies?"
Manager's agent"PDF + mailed, all six, one invoice."
Concierge"Six 30-hour Construction program certificates, PDF + mailed, on one company invoice: here's the buyer-approval checkout. No price quoted from memory; the fee shown is OSHAcademy's own current figure."
Why this matters for OSHAcademy
"Which course certifies my crew for X, and what does the certificate cost" increasingly gets a first pass from an assistant before a human looks. A readable answer wins that pass; a bare $ placeholder and a "we'll contact you" form don't get chosen.
Your Shopify store (store.oshacademy.com) already ships full agent-commerce (UCP 2026-04-08, an MCP endpoint, and Shop Pay checkout), so an agent can buy a $29 shirt there today. This kit points that same capability at the certificate business, where the money is. See finding 1 →
Vendor-neutral: one kit, readable by every major assistant, no lock-in to EcoWealth infrastructure once adopted. It starts as static files and a pilot layer; it grows into live tools when, and only when, OSHAcademy decides it's worth wiring in for real. And because OSHAcademy's construction and general-industry curriculum maps cleanly onto EcoWealth's own construction-crew onboarding and ecological work protocol, a certified crew can flow straight from "trained" to matched, proof-verified field work: one legible loop.
