Concept mock. Act 1 paraphrases the publicly observable behavior of target.com/llms.txt (a real file at HTTP 200); this page does not connect to Target's systems. All store numbers, tasks, and receipts in Act 2 are fabricated demonstrations running EcoWealth's packet format. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Target.

AgentHere's the ceiling: your llms.txt has zero Target Forward content, there's no agent card, and no verifiable-outcome endpoint. I can read what to buy, I can't show a proof or complete a task. grep 'target forward' llms.txt → 0 · agent-card.json → 404

1 · A place at the store becomes a restore packet

A community team (or their agent, via x402, work-packet $0.10) drafts the packet: native-planting strip + community-garden build, Store T-1442 lot edge. The machine gate validates scope, safety controls, and a method-backed tCO2e before the packet can exist, a version with an unbacked carbon claim is rejected automatically.

2 · A team member on the step-1 ladder (or a local) claims it

The packet routes to a team member starting the Restore ladder, step 1 anyone can do today, up to mastery, the "inclusive" half of Target Forward, made concrete. Claim is signed by their wallet (browser wallet or passkey; no new accounts, no app to install). Funding is escrow-free: pay follows the proof, never a promise.

3 · Proof of restoration, checked deterministically

The crew closes with geotagged before/after photos + planting list + signature + timestamp. A deterministic proof-checker (agent-payable, $0.01) returns the verdict: no proof, no settlement, no carbon claim.

4 · Settlement writes the receipt Target Forward is missing

Approval settles on Base, a public, permanent receipt: this store, this restoration, this team, verified this morning, with its tCO2e retired via the ecological rail. It appends to Store T-1442's verified Target Forward record: the per-place proof under a graded-in-prose goal, and a legible asset an agent, a rating body, or a guest can read.
